CCSE is an independent, nonprofit 501(c)(3) corporation that helps residents, businesses and public agencies save energy, reduce grid demand and generate their own power through a variety of rebate, technical assistance and education programs.
Program Manager – 2007 – Present
Responsibilities include implementation and execution of outreach for CCSE which includes special events (Street Smart San Diego, Sustainability Fair San Diegoand Solar Energy Week) as well as green events in the community. Develop fundraising strategies to bring in additional funding for outreach programs without funding. Manage Rebuild Central which is a green building program that reaches out to the communities that have been affected by recent California wildfires and use education and outreach to offer options to fire survivors to rebuild their homes in a more sustainable manner.
Associate Program Manager - 2006 –2007
Assisted program manager with task in the Energy Resource Center (ERC) this included developing energy efficient workshop topics and speakers. Developed outreach strategies to obtain community involvement.

Project Manager
Responsible for the oversight of the New Homes Initiative. Estimate the number of print advertising needed t reach California homebuyers interested in purchasing a California ENERGY STAR home. Work with builders to promote and post the new developments on the Flex Your Power new Homes locator on the website. Assist builders with any local government issues that might affect the progress of building homes.
Regional Field Representative
Responsibilities have been working directly with national and regional retailers to assist in the Flex Your Power campaign, which promotes the use of energy efficient products among consumers.  Assist retailers with any special events to promote energy efficiency. Assist power and water districts with community events to promote energy and water efficiency.

Project Senior Associate/Account Manager
Primary responsibilities worked with the California Efficiency Partnership on Flex Your Power (FYP), a consumer education campaign in California. Assisted in the facilitation of relationship building between FYP, manufacturer, retailer and utilities statewide. Provide input for collateral and educational marketing material produced energy efficiency campaign. Served as an Account Manager with the California investor‑owned utilities (IOU) and municipal utilities to assist in the design of ENERGY STAR® based consumer energy‑efficiency programs that were responsive to consumer needs ,manufacturer and retailer businesses. Primary responsibilities were to serve as a liaison between the California IOU’s, the municipalities, and the ENERGY STAR program. This also included providing research on the potential for ENERGY STAR program efforts

Program Manager: 1998 – 2001
Responsible for the energy efficiency management in Consumer Programs and Services department that oversees the administration and implementation of various energy programs within the SDG&E service territory in addition to statewide projects. Directed the implementation of program contractors for the statewide California Residential Lighting Programs, including the Torchiere Turn-in events, Residential Energy Management Services (audits), and the Energy Information Center.
Associate Program Manager: 1996 – 1998
Implemented and monitored several Residential Programs. Temporarily managed the Residential and Commercial Lighting program for approximately six months during the leave of absence of Senior Program Manager.
Program Assistant: 1992- 1996
Responsible for maintaining tracking system for the Residential Energy Management Services. Assisted internal and external customers with concerns or questions on these programs.
